While some organisations have the in-house capacity to manage acquisition and construction programmes, for many it is not an area with which they are familiar or it can be a distraction from the focus of their commercial activities. In these situations we can provide a full programme management service or undertake key elements such as the preparation of invitations to tender, vendor rating, quality inspection, commissioning trials and assistance with gaining type approval.
